We seek qualified candidates for the position of Sous Chef with the

- Standard kitchen operations.
- Experienced culinary school graduate with excellent kitchen skills.
- Multi-tasker.
- Fast on the line.
- Positive attitude.
- Addiction free.
- Mature and responsible.

Description:

Assist Executive Chef with scheduling, training, assigning and supervising
staff.
Planning, cooking and inventory control.
In absence of Chef, assume operation control.
Must have 3-5 years experience.
Culinary degree required.
Experience with California/Asian cuisine helpful
MUST speak English.
